How do I know which frames will fit me?

While we do not have retail locations for try on opportunities, you should check out our virtual try-on tool here to see what style is right for you! Otherwise our Customer Experience team would be stoked to help with any style or fit related questions. 

Worst case scenario we accept returns for 30 days and our returns policy is available here.

How do I try on ROKA eyewear?

Have an issue? We've got your back. We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of receipt. Prescription eyewear returns are allowed for a refund or store credit but are subject to a restocking fee.

What is ROKA’s return policy?

Our 72 Hour Sprint Sale will run from Monday, April 22nd at 12pm through Thursday, April 25 at 12pm CT. While these dates are subject to change you can sign up for our marketing emails to be kept in the loop on updates!

ROKA eyewear is hand made in Austin, TX.  Our standard build time is 5-10 business days.
