To accommodate holiday shopping, we’ve extended our return window to accept returns within 60 days of delivery through our self-service portal HERE. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. 

NOTE: Refunds typically take several business days to process from the time that we receive the return at our warehouse.

Having an issue with your new prescription eyewear?

If you experience any issues with your prescription eyewear, our Optician team will gladly help rework your prescription at no additional cost. Otherwise, we do accept prescription returns for a refund that is subject to a $20 restocking fee for each prescription returned.
