We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt through our self-service portal [HERE](https://returns.roka.com/#/). 

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, so you will have to place a new order and return the item you want exchanged. The fastest way to do this is return the item you want exchanged for a refund after placing a new order.

****Timing****

*   Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the return product has been received and inspected. Please note refunds typically take several business days to process from the day they are shipped back to our warehouse.

****Eyewear****

*   Returns of prescription and non-prescription eyewear are allowed. We stand behind our lab work and will remake any prescription at no charge if it doesn't perform as expected.. We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders.

****Multiple Items****

*   When returning multiple orders, please use the tracking label associated with each return.

****International Orders****

*   We do not currently offer international exchanges through roka.com.
*   Please contact ROKA customer service to initiate a return for refund.

****General Terms****

*   Items must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
*   ROKA reserves the right to, in its discretion, refuse a return if it does not meet the criteria within these terms and conditions. If there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us at [support@roka.com](mailto:support@roka.com) with your order number and a photo of the issue.
*   Pricing on ROKA.com and related websites applies to in-stock items only (while supplies last) and may not be applied to past purchases. No other discounts apply. Other exclusions may apply.
