How do I make fit adjustments to my glasses?Updated 2 days ago

Thank you for ordering from ROKA! Below are a few steps to customize the fit of your glasses.

Nose Pads

Many ROKA styles have three nose pad sizes and a nose pad removal tool (available for purchase) that can be added at checkout. You can use these to fine-tune the fit and positioning of your glasses. Proper adjustment can help align your eyes with the optical center (for single-vision lenses) or segment height (for progressive lenses) for optimal vision.

How to change your nose pads

  1. Use the removal tool to gently push each nose pad outward from the outside edge of the bridge.

  2. Once both pads are removed, select your preferred size from the kit.

  3. Align the new pads: the straight edge should face the front of the frame, and the thicker end should be on top.

  4. Line up the notches and press the pads firmly into place until you hear a click, indicating they’re secure.

If you experience any difficulty, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for assistance.

Note: The Cambridge, Falcon, Rio, and Phantom styles don’t include interchangeable nose pads. However, you can safely bend the nose pad arms to make small fit adjustments.

Temple Adjustments

Some ROKA styles feature bendable temples that allow for additional fit and retention customization. The adjustable portion is located on the back half of the temple.

Styles with adjustable temples include: Rory, Cade, Hunter, Oslo, Palmer, Lola, Bandera, Havana, SR-1X, CP-1X, TL-1, Matador Air, and Matador.

To adjust:

  • Gently bend the temples inward for a snugger fit.

  • Bend them outward for more room around the ears.
