Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt through our self-service portal HERE for a small restocking fee. See below for step-by-step instructions on how to return your order. 

Restocking Fees

  • Prescription Eyewear: A $30 restocking fee applies to all prescription eyewear returns.
  • Non-Prescription Eyewear: A $10 restocking fee applies to all non-prescription eyewear returns.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, so you will have to place a new order and return the item you want to exchange. The fastest way to do this is to return the item you want exchanged for a refund after placing a new order.

Timing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please note that refunds typically take several business days to process from the day they are shipped back to our warehouse.

Prescription Eyewear

  • We guarantee our lab work and will rework any prescription at our cost if there is an issue. 

International Orders

  • We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders.
  • We do not currently offer international exchanges through roka.com.
  • Please contact ROKA customer service to initiate a return for a refund.

General Terms

  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
  • ROKA reserves the right to, in its discretion, refuse a return if it does not meet the criteria within these terms and conditions. If there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • Pricing on ROKA.com and related websites applies to in-stock items only (while supplies last) and may not be applied to past purchases. No other discounts apply. Other exclusions may apply.


How To Return My Order

Domestic Returns

Customers in the US can initiate their return through our returns portal. To start the return process, you will need your order number and zip code. It's important that you select all components to your order to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

At the end of this process, you will be generated a prepaid return label to put on the outside of the box and send right back to us.

See below for some helpful tips on packing your return item:

1) Place merchandise in the original packaging if possible, and place the generated return shipping label on top of the original shipping label.

2) Drop it at the corresponding carrier as listed on the prepaid return label that you will print out.

3) Make sure to note the tracking number for your return package in case there is a problem with transit or delivery.

Once your return is delivered, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. Please note that the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


International Returns 

If you are based outside the US and ordered from roka.com, you will need to ship your return to the address below.

See below for some helpful tips on packing your return item:

1) Make sure to show your order number on the first line as shown.

2) Place the merchandise in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, similar packaging will do.

3) Once you have dropped the return in the mail, please contact us with the tracking number for the package. This will help our warehouse identify the return once it reaches our warehouse and ensure the refund is processed as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return we will process your refund in 3-5 business days.
