Route offers package protection for your ROKA order and willfully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen. Route Package Protection is automatically added to your ROKA order, but you can opt out of this service at checkout. You can learn more about Route Package Protection HERE.

PLEASE NOTE: ROKA is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Customers who opt out of Route Package Protection will need to file a claim with the shipper in the event of a lost, damaged, or stolen items.
