We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

If you are having an issue with your prescription eyewear our Optician will help rework any prescription at our cost if there is an issue. We otherwise accept prescription returns for a refund or store credit, subject to a $20 restocking fee for each prescription returned.

Outlet, final sale, and other discounted items may be restricted to exchanges or store credit only—this will be indicated on the product page. Pricing on ROKA.com and related websites applies to in-stock items only (while supplies last) and may not be applied to past purchases. No other discounts apply.

Please note refunds or store credit typically take several business days to process from the time that we receive the return at our warehouse.
