Cancellations

Orders can be canceled up until they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel. 

Order Changes

Once an order is submitted, we cannot make any changes. However, there is a small window for cancellations, so you can reorder with the desired adjustments. Please reach out to us via chat or at [email protected] as soon as possible to start the process. 

If your order has already been processed, you can initiate a return through our returns portal as soon as it arrives.

Shipping Address Changes

Generally, we are able to change your shipping address so long as the order has not been shipped. Please reach out through chat or at [email protected] and we're more than happy to support. 

Please note: We are unable to make any updates to the shipping address once the order has been processed and shipped out.
