ROKA ships to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., U.S. Territories, and Minor Outlying Islands. We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

We offer free standard shipping to the 48 continental United States on orders $150 and above. We also provide overnight and 2-day shipping options at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday and orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Ground shipping deliveries will arrive Monday through Saturday.

Overnight and 2-day deliveries will arrive Monday through Friday. For example, an overnight order placed before on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

With the exception of prescription and custom eyewear, most products ship from our fulfillment center in Austin, TX.

SERVICE OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

Ground: 2-7 business days from the ship date (5-10 days for Alaska/Hawai'i)

2-Day: 2 business days from the ship date

Next Day: 1 business day from the ship date

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses in the U.S. must select Ground shipping. These shipments can only be delivered by USPS and will be automatically changed to a USPS carrier method. P.O. Box deliveries typically take 5 - 10 business days.

Shipments to U.S. territories, Minor Outlying Islands, and APO/FPO addresses will ship with USPS Priority International. They will arrive within 6-10 business days from the ship date.
